Mutual Respect and Tolerance
Mutual respect means treating other people with dignity and recognising their value. It's a feeling of deep admiration for other people and their unique qualities.
Being tolerant or behaving with tolerance means to accept other people's differences. We are all different and that makes the world an exciting place to live.
Mutual Respect and Tolerance at Cherrywood
A culture of tolerance and mutual respect.
Within school one of our core values is respect which is supported by our learning friend Geraldine Giraffe. Within this we aim to build a community which is not only respectful but that also values the diversity within.
You will see this tolerance and mutual respect celebrated across the school including in the displays pictured below.
