This half term, Oak Class learnt about the type of information that you can find about yourself online and how it might have got there. They investigated and discussed that different ways that our data can end up online and thought about the safety risks of this. The children learnt about public and private social media accounts and when it is appropriate to have either of these.

In the Autumn Term for Online Safety, the children learnt about self-image and identity online. We spoke about what online identity meant, what behaviours online are acceptable and safe, as well as how we should interact with others online.
