Cultural Ambassador
Hello.
I am Mrs Tagima and have the pleasure of working with many of your children whilst being a cover supervisor.
My other role of which I am very passionate about is being the school's Cultural Ambassador.
In March this year Cherrywood became the first school in the whole country to gain the GOLD EAL Excellence Award of which we are very proud. The award acknowledges all the work that goes on at Cherrywood to support our pupils and their families.
My key aims are to-
- ensure pupils joining our school who speak another language settle in well;
- foster enjoyment and engagement in learning;
- establish a dynamic and positive learning environment;
- lead and embed a school ethos that celebrates and reflects individuality and cultural difference.
